Delivery Areas

We deliver across the UK. Some remote areas may take longer or require a surcharge.

How Delivery Works

Deliveries are arranged either directly by our team or via a trusted third party courier, depending on the size and type of order. Larger systems may arrive on a pallet, while smaller items may be delivered by van.

Lead Times

Estimated lead times vary by product and stock availability. If you need delivery by a specific date, contact us before ordering.

Access and Site Requirements

Please make sure the delivery location is accessible for a large vehicle. Failed deliveries may incur re delivery charges.

Damaged or Missing Goods

Please inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing, or incorrect, let us know straight away so we can resolve it quickly.

On Delivery

  • Check the number of parcels or pallets matches the delivery note.
  • If packaging looks damaged, take photos before opening.
  • If you can, note any visible damage on the courier paperwork.

Report a Problem

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  • Attach clear photos of the packaging and the affected items.

What Happens Next

  • We will confirm the best solution, replacement parts, swap, or refund.
  • We may arrange collection of damaged items if needed.
  • We will keep you updated while the issue is resolved.

Tip: Keep all packaging until the issue is resolved. Couriers may request it for inspection.

Returns & Refunds

If you need to return an item, please contact us first. We will confirm whether your item is eligible and explain the next steps.

Standard Stock Items

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Return transport costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Made to Order or Bespoke Items

  • Custom or made to order systems are non refundable unless faulty.
  • Please ensure measurements and specifications are correct before ordering.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed once returned goods are received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 7 working days for funds to appear.

We recommend contacting us before arranging any return to avoid unnecessary transport costs.
